Just got home from the ER. Little human broke her left fibula slipping on black ice. I'll try to post again later this week.
Also, crutches are not fun trying to navigate up icy stairs and curbs. I fell twice trying to get from the parking lot into our apartment by myself.
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope you are doing better and take as much rest as you need, and enjoy the bunnies' cuddles.

DeleteI'm doing a lot better than I was. Still waiting on the appointment tomorrow to see if I need surgery. Fingers crossed it won't come to that!
Very sorry to hear you got hurt we’re still feeling the effects of the cold up here but we didn’t have to go through the worst of it either. Please take all the time you need to rest and recover and I’m wishing you a speedy recovery and I hope Naomi and Amos will give you lots of cuddles and kisses to make it all better!

DeleteAww, thanks and will do. Naomi has no fear of crutches and will nudge my splint as she hops past. Amos is uncertain about these strange walking sticks and will army crawl near them to get a noogie. He also has chinned my splint, so I guess I'm just borrowing it from him now.
I hope you feel better soon - black ice is no joke. Enjoy your bunny nurses and I hope they share their snacks with you ;-)

DeleteAww, thanks. They've been amazingly good about me being all gimpy and slow. Big human got back from his work trip early and has been doing all of bunny care duties since he got back while I sit there and give noogies to the little munchkins.
