Hoppy Monday!

Simon seems to think that if he runs fast enough, it'll be Tuesday.

It's okay, Simon!

Poor Simon was not a fan of our neighbor's building project.  Being deaf, River had no idea what was wrong, but she knew he needed comforting and this was the result.  She's a good little sister!
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you all have a great weekend!  We'll be back on Monday.

Bunny ballet.

I caught River doing a pirouette while Simon did the best rendition of scenery he could muster.

Changing it up a bit.

Simon and River decided to experiment with different snuggling positions.  This one looks like a keeper.

The art of distraction.

River would like you to know that she was totally not attempting to get under the love seat just now.

Monday buns.

Simon and River are a little bummed that it's Monday already.
Yes, puns are just another service that we provide!

All tuckered out.

Domestication is exhausting.  I mean, look at all these toys that need played with!  Better take a breather so we can pace ourselves.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.

Simon attempts to fly.

Simon is hopping on air with this binky!

Yuck!

Simon demonstrates that just because rabbit.org says that he can eat cabbage, it doesn't necessarily mean that he will eat cabbage (source:  http://rabbit.org/suggested-vegetables-and-fruits-for-a-rabbit-diet/).
He tolerated the cabbage in his mouth just long enough to chuck it into his litter box to show me exactly what he thought of trying new foods.

How low can you go?

It looks like River has won this round of bunny limbo and gets the title of "pancake bun".

Monday, August 17, 2015

I see you!

River and I played peek-a-boo this weekend.

Hop on in!

We saved you a spot!
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back on Monday.

Flight of the Bumblebuns.

This video has music, so be careful if you're viewing it at work!
Simon and River discover a new favorite toy.
(Noticed an ad showing up a couple of seconds in and I don't have a monetized YouTube channel or blog, so sorry about that--you'll just have to close the ad when it pops up because I don't have control over it.)

Keeper of the keys and cuteness.

Our little sentry practices constant vigilance by napping with one eye open.

Simon J. Bun for President!

Simon has decided to throw his hare piece into the ring because, really, what's one more candidate at this point?
Also, random internet comments seem to indicate that Simon is far more loveable and trustworthy than his human political adversaries.
He'll need a Super PAC, though.  We're thinking of naming it "Buns for a Brighter Tomorrow" since that has a nice 'grass roots' ring to it.

Hoppy Monday!

River knows that sometimes you just have to make your own fun.

Super special Friday post!

Simon and River would like their friend, Will, to save them both a piece of cake and to give the happy couple a snuggle or whatever it is that humans do at weddings.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back on Monday with more bunny cuteness.

Bouncy! Bouncy!

It's good to know that our couch doubles as a bunny trampoline.

The Thinker.

If I had to guess, Simon is thinking about how to get more treats.

Pushing the envelope.

I caught Simon making his yearly trek onto the tile floor.
River is impressed that he made it to the second block of tile before returning to the carpet.  That's further than he got last year!

There's gotta be a better way.

Simon thinks we humans lucked out when it comes to cleaning.  I'd have to agree.
