Rules are rules Mr. Giraffe, but I'm sure that Mr. Giraffe will use legalese or find some type of loop hole in the rule to avoid dispensing kisses, he'll argue for impartiality or conflict of interesting or something!
Lol Simon is basically pulling an "I'm gonna tell her." "Don't you dare!" with Mirror bun. I know in their hearts Mr Giraffe is real but she's gonna be terribly disappointed when she learns he cant give kisses.
Lol--I'm sure Mr. Giraffe's special time-traveler observer of bun status means he can't give kisses because it could interfere with the timeline. ;)
Oh, the conversations Simon must have with mirror bun! I ended up 'helping' Mr. Giraffe give some kisses to preserve the goodwill of the giraffe-bun diplomatic relationship. :)
