Hawaii or bust!

Unfortunately, River has no idea how expensive plane tickets are and that the human on TV has corporate backing.  I'm pretty sure that the airlines wouldn't accept bunny cuteness as payment.
Simon and River will just have to make do with bits of canned tropical fruit with their oats...and maybe one of those little umbrellas you put in tiki drinks.

Hmm...Nope, they're not buying it.
The bunnies informed me that I should add a PayPal link or create a Thumpstarter campaign so they can experience the real Hawaii (instead of this incredibly poor imitation).

Bunny expectations.

I was told there would be belly rubs.

I'm not sure what happened after this pic was taken because I was laughing too hard.  Needless to say, both bunnies were surprised--River looks like she's just been goosed while Simon wasn't planning for his head to be used as a place to sit.  Happy Monday!

Mark all the things!

River takes a moment on our way down the steps to chin Simon's head and mark him as hers.  She's already marked me by getting white fur all over my black jeans...my husband by getting fur on his red fleece jacket...the couch...and basically, anything covered in not-white fabric.  If she can't get fur on it, she'll chin it.  She's very thorough in claiming all she sees as hers.

Simon's look of surprise mirrored my own when he managed to binky up three steps at once.  His danger bun antics involving the staircase is why he requires constant supervision.  We'll have to add that to the list of things bunnies can do on the stairs.
