Naomi was looking in Amos' empty cage (we haven't removed it because she'll get even more upset if it's gone) and then did this. I helped Mr. Giraffe give her lots of kisses and snuggles along with some noogies of my own. Thankfully her bouts of grief are becoming fewer and farther between. It's just going to take time.

Oh sweet Naomi, I wish I could give you cuddles and kisses too... It's so hard, you all are missing him so much, I'm happy to hear she's slowly getting better.
I too would love to reach out and give Naomi all the kisses in the world. I'm glad that Mr. Giraffe is there to help her through the process and it's good to know that she's starting to heal.

Aww, I will give her a bunch of cuddles and kisses for you! We really do miss the little fella (and always will). It is good to see her pull off shenanigans again--she snuck past me this morning, nudged the bathroom door open, and picked a fight with the trash bin. I can just see Amos shaking his head at her, completely perplexed at the siren call of the bathroom.

I will give her all the noogies and kisses for you! Mr. Giraffe really is a good friend (and legal counsel). I think she gets a little bit better each day. She has taken joy in being sneaky lately and did a huge binky yesterday, which is so comforting to see!
