Bunstruction.

River is hard at work checking to see if the box is up to code.  It should be noted that:

1. Load-bearing walls are just a thing silly humans worry about.
2. Pick any two (Who are we kidding? Bonus points for all three!): loud, messy, when the humans are sleeping.
3. Building codes are more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules.
4. We're practicing the ancient art of Bun Shui which abides by no laws of physics or good sense.
