Amos and Naomi wanted to play hide-and-seek, but they got a little confused as to who was 'it'. They're now participating in the shortest game of hide-and-seek ever!
Amos is still somewhat skeptical about not being allowed to sue for copyright infringement. He's having a hard time believing that someone else was also named Amos and existed before him.
Amos was a bit offended at the "We believe in small." statement thinking it was a dig at his fun-sized stature. Naturally, he decided to take out his tiny aggressions by trying to open the cookie bag, which he was dismayed to discover had something called chocolate chip cookies instead of bunny cookies inside!
No worries--I gave the little fella his sought-after bunny cookie and told him that he was our Famous Amos. He was pretty content after that.
They even did the staggered start with Amos kicking off from the bookshelf and Naomi from the wall. I lol'd when I noticed Naomi's ears were all propellered out so you know she means business!
Trying to wrangle Amos and Naomi for a photo-op is a lesson in futility because they're going to do what they want. At least they had fun and that's all that matters!
This is also why I have an obscene amount of bunny pictures on my computer. 😅
Naomi is too cute trying to make herself small so Amos can kiss the top of her head!
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you all have a great weekend! Stay safe out there and we'll be back with a special holiday post on Sunday.
Amos may not be able to move Naomi from the best flopping spot to claim it for himself, but he can make her enjoyment of it just a little bit less and that's good enough for him!
Seriously though, look at that face! He is totally playing the bratty little brother card.
For a 5 lb bunny, Naomi is remarkably okay with walking across a slippery floor to go explore the kitchen. She's intrigued by her fun-house-like reflection in the oven drawer and has given this odd looking mirror bun a nose-bonk and some kisses. The little munchkin makes friends easily!
Amos totally didn't just get caught trying to climb into the bookshelf looking for the secret entrance to the lost city of bunny treats that Naomi said was there. You know that the little fella is not going to give up on his quest! A tummy full of cookies and who knows what other yummy stuff is waiting.
Well, graceful right up until she ran into the center of the 3-way tunnel and flipped it over. Naomi is perpetually optimistic in her battle with momentum! 😅
Hey, Amos? Little human is watching us. Don't worry, I'm watching her back!

Amos and Naomi are trying to decide what shenanigans to get into next. The living room is entirely too orderly and really needs a touch of chaos and bunstruction!
Just a bit of bunny love to start your weekend off right!

Naomi has the entire living room to hang out in and this is where she chose to flop. I'm impressed that she didn't need help extricating herself from her 3 inch fortress of solitude.
Naomi pulled a sneaky-sneak on Amos and he hopped right past her without realizing she was there! Once he noticed where she was, she did her signature 'I just did the best prank ever!' binky. She has a quirky sense of humor!
Little Amos is just too precious! He noticed Naomi cleaning and rushed over to help get those hard to reach spots.
I don't even know what all's going on here, but it made me laugh so I had to share.

Amos, Spike, and Puff are plotting how best to open the pellet container after pawing at it, pushing it across the floor, and nibbling the edge of the lid didn't work. I think Naomi is the lookout, but she seems to be doing a questionable job of it.
Naomi: Did little human put the cookies up here?
Amos: How can you think of cookies at a time like this?! We have to save Puff!
Naomi: Oh...yeah. Uh, maybe cookies will save her! So, do you know where the cookies are?
(I guess the little fella black tagged poor Baab the sheep.)
Naomi found where I hid the bunny cookie bag. I'm just glad that she has the manners not to jump up onto the coffee table to go after them! 😅
So, Mr. Giraffe, hypothetically speaking, how much legal trouble would somebun be in for an alleged double hit and run?
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you all have a great weekend! Stay safe (and out of legal trouble) out there and we'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.
Amos is doing his very best to camouflage himself as a plushie to help distance himself from whatever shenanigans Naomi is getting up to behind the bookshelf.
Wishing you all a very safe and Hoppy St. Patty's Day!

Naomi celebrated her 1st Birthday by quickly snagging a bunny cookie and running back into her cage (seriously, this is the only pic I got of her).
Our best guess is that she thought she was stealing cookies from her new friend, Trippy Peep. Once she had safely eaten her birthday cookie, she came back and nose-bonked Trippy, so everything's cool between them. Everybunny knows that those cookies are good enough to steal and I think they bonded over that! 😅
I made apple-banana-cranberry bunny cookies to celebrate and the little fella was seriously conflicted about grabbing his treat and running so no one could take it (apparently they're that good), but that would leave the rest of them with the new guy. Glad he liked my cooking! 😅
Naomi, like many of us, doesn't understand why we do Daylight Saving Time, but is a huge fan of earlier breakfast time and playtime.
Amos and Naomi are ready for a nice, relaxing weekend full of flops and snuggles!
We just wanted to let all of the federal workers out there know that they matter and that their work is important. We see you and appreciate all that you do to help keep our country functioning and our people safe.

Amos was racing around and was brought up short when Naomi landed a binky right in front of him. I think both of their lives flashed before their eyes on that near-miss!
Amos was being extra clingy and wouldn't stop giving Naomi kisses, so I told him to go flop somewhere else and this was the spot he chose.
Apparently, he has strong feelings about cuddle cube placement and is pointing to where he wants it to go.
Naomi ran into the 3-way tunnel, then chose 'chaos' instead of going left or right and managed to flip the tunnel so the skylight is now a portal to the upside-down. Here she is inspecting her handiwork while big human laughs in the background. Never a dull moment with this little bun! 😅
