Hey, where did our books go?!
Hmmm, no books up there.
Surely they wouldn't have taken all of our books, right? Maybe there are some left on a different shelf.
Simon, there aren't any books over there and I'm not tall enough to see onto the second shelf!
Well, there aren't any books but I do see a dust bunny in the corner.
I should have guessed what was going to happen next once I saw this look on her face.
In my defense, all I saw was a blur of movement as I took this pic. Apparently, River wasn't content to take Simon's word for it that the books were indeed gone. She discovered something else instead--namely, that you can't "stick the landing" on a slick surface. She just slid off the bookshelf backwards...
She was so startled from falling off of the bookshelf that she bolted to the top floor of their bunny mansion. Here I am checking for injuries while feeding her oats. Thankfully, no harm done!
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend! We'll be back on Monday with more bunny adventures.

Bunny Peek-a-Boo!
I can still see you, Simon.
Oh, goodness! Where did Simon go?!
He really thinks that he's invisible right now. Bunny logic is that you can't see me because I can't see you.
He'll also come running to me when I ask, "Where's Simon at?" It's his way of saying, "Here I am!"

They kinda have a point here.
The bunnies think packing the apartment up for our move is about as much fun as staring at the wall. After being told that they couldn't play with the packing paper or boxes, you can see which was the more entertaining option for them.

Lookin' a little goofy...
I'm still trying to wrap my mind around how it is possible for a lop rabbit to completely miss their ear when trying to scratch it. Poor Simon--I'm always catching him doing something embarrassing!
And what did we learn from this?
It would seem that River is able to fit into a space 2.25 inches wide. So begins another great adventure...
Until she encountered the non-sliding portion of the sliding glass door...
And then depression set in when she realized that she could go no further and had to turn back...
Only to discover that reverse is not her friend.
Bunnies are ill-equipped to hop backwards. I laughed way harder than I should have at this. Even her cheek fur is being smooshed the wrong way!
After her awkward escape from the slider, she was consoled by Simon and all was right with her world again.

Cute little bunny belly.
River paused mid-cleaning while I took this pic. It's almost like she's saying, "Oh, hi! Did you need something?"
Hopefully this dose of bunny cuteness will hold you over until Monday. Have a great weekend and thanks for visiting the blog!

Time to clean!
Simon and River were trying to clean each other at the same time and ended up contorting themselves into a bunny yin-yang symbol.
