Little cookie monster!

Big human, the cookies are up there--gimme some!  Pleeeease.

I mean, the little fella behaved during the cage clean, so I say he's earned it...and the Disney eyes really are hard to resist.

Priorities.

River hopped back into her cage unbidden and assumed the 'begging for treats' pose.  I guess treats > playtime today!

Treats?

I'm pretty sure that Simon would survive on nothing but dried papaya, banana chips, and berries if we let him.  The little dude would be spherical.  It's hard to say 'no' to that little face, but we do what we must!

Oooh--me too!

[Simon frantically races over]  Don't worry, little fella.  Everybun gets a treat!

I don't know what you have, but I want it!

River helps me prepare Thanksgiving dinner.

River is my little furry shadow in the kitchen.  Here she is begging for some celery that I'm using for Thanksgiving stuffing.

Surely you need baby carrots...if not, can I have some anyway?

And this is when my little helper got ejected from the kitchen.  I honestly didn't expect her to attempt to delve into the crisper drawer for the romaine, much less hop into the refrigerator.  Not cool.  For anyone wondering, yes, I did immediately disinfect any area she could've reached while in there.
