I have no idea what it is, but his little tail sticking up like that cracks me up as he marches across the living room. Even River has taken notice and looks to be contemplating joining whatever shenanigans Simon has come up with.
I caught Simon and River playing follow the leader around our living room. It kinda looks like River was marching behind Simon with her little foot sticking out like that.
