Domestic bliss.

River has snacks and her own personal frozen water bottle, so she has no idea that we have no AC and it's 90F (32C) outside right now with wildfire smoke.  She is comfy and living her best life!  Fingers crossed they can get the repair work done before the temps are back in the 90s later this week. 🌞🔥

Bunny care tip:  A frozen 16.9 oz (500mL) soda bottle filled to the top of the label, wrapped in paper towel and nestled in wood shavings on two sides for insulation will still be half frozen after 10 hours at 79F (26C).

A frozen 16.9 oz (500mL) soda bottle filled to the top of the label, wrapped in paper towel and nestled in wood shavings on two sides for insulation will be 60F (15.5C) completely melted but cool to the touch after 13 hours at 81F (27C).
