Amos is showing off his ability to stop on a dime.
Naomi, not so much. She's gonna need about $3.50

Naomi thinking that her dastardly plan to claim Amos' cage has worked. (Taken shortly before her eviction but not before she put both front paws in his water dish and slopped water everywhere as she followed the banana chip out of his cage.)
Naomi hopped into Amos' cage and made herself at home. She just flopped and started eating his hay. Poor little fella was scandalized! I mean, there was the entire living room to play in and this is what she chose to do.
I ended up evicting her through the creative use of banana chips and all was right with Amos' world again. Clearly, he prefers his own bachelor pad without room-mates.
Naomi is snoozing hard after bunny playtime followed by wrecking her freshly cleaned cage. She gets bonus points for yeeting her baby keys into her water dish.
Banana chips!
This is how the little fella lets me know he wants candy. He will stare at the banana chip container, look at me, then look back at the container. Sometimes, if he thinks I'm being particularly obtuse, he will nudge my leg and circle around me, then do the staring thing.
We call his banana addiction 'chasing the monkey'. 🍌🐒 🐇
Amos and Spike are in awe of Naomi's binky skills.

Amos is pretty sure that he's pulled off the perfect crime of snagging a mouthful of hay from the box because he thinks he's camouflaged since he's surrounded by other brown things. Clearly, human sight is based on movement and so long as he stays still, he's invisible!
I guess I'm supposed to ignore those long pieces of hay disappearing into nothingness as he munches away.
Amos is making the most of the bunny towel bin to be Naomi's height for the boops and smooches! 💕

Your bow is pretty! [licks bow]
(I'm sure in Naomi's mind the bow belongs to her now and Baab is just borrowing it.)
Amos has the good grace to pull a guilty face and then there's Naomi looking particularly sinister. I think Puff was the lookout. Meanwhile, Mr. Giraffe, Esq. is doing his best to stay quiet and pretend that he doesn't exist (he doesn't want to be disbarred for being drawn into whatever shenanigans are being discussed).
Shortly before Naomi crashed into the tiger tent and flipped it over. She really is chaos in bunny form!
I can't in good faith wish you a happy 4th of July. Our country's leaders have done nothing worth celebrating. Good people DO NOT treat other human beings that way.

Amos was very polite and didn't hop into the hay box. He patiently waited for me to pluck a fluffy-topped bit for him and munched on it while still holding onto the side of the box. He is just too precious!
Amos did the cutest little binky where he just cleared the ground by a few inches and landed exactly where he took off from. It looked like the little guy was saying, "Yay!"
All the Mondays will be your enemy, Princess of a Thousand Binkies. And when they catch you, they will bore you. But first they must catch you; digger, listener, runner, Princess of Chaos. Be cunning, and full of tricks, and your playtime will never be over!
Naomi, for as big as she is, is a master at the 'get low and get kisses' game! I think even Amos is impressed.

Amos' gasts have been flabbered that Naomi would leap over him as if he were just another part of her obstacle course.
Also, I totally didn't just knock over Trippy Peep by nose-bonking her too hard. She just wanted a mid-morning nap!
Amos is mildly annoyed that he has to wait to give Mr. Giraffe a nose-bonk hello.
He already said 'hi' to Baab the sheep, so now all he can do is sit there awkwardly and try not to make eye contact with Baab, which would make things even more awkward. It's kind of like when humans keep running into the same person they just said 'hi' to repeatedly at the grocery store while they do the rest of their shopping...like seeing them in every aisle kind of awkward.
[sigh] Being a polite little bunny is hard sometimes!
I don't know what shenanigans Amos and Naomi are plotting, but they both really need to work on their 'innocent faces'.

Baab the sheep went with Amos to his vet appointment for his yearly check-up, RHDV2 vaccine booster, and a nail trim. Baab had his back and Amos is eternally grateful!
(Mr. Giraffe was Naomi's vet buddy and has been bunny kissed into a stupor.)
Amos looks so serious as he launches into his binky. It was impressive and he got some serious altitude on this one--little bud's been practicing!
Just a bit of bunny love to start your weekend off right!

Big human, the cookies are up there--gimme some! Pleeeease.
I mean, the little fella behaved during the cage clean, so I say he's earned it...and the Disney eyes really are hard to resist.

How did you get up there, Baab?
(Also, I just love how Amos is sitting like people here with his little paw on the tunnel!)
You'll be happy to know that she chose to be good! 🎉
Naomi will not be separated from her kitchen for very long. The baby gate will be vanquished and she will regain access to the area behind the chest freezer if it's the last thing she does!!!
Funny story about earlier that day:
Chaos bun bolted past me at breakfast time and made a bee-line for the chest freezer ignoring the typical bunny curiosity trap that is the bathroom. I ran after her and when I caught up, she was in the back kitchen corner waiting for me. As I popped my head around the freezer, she put her mouth around the freezer's power cord--not biting it, just holding it in her mouth while staring me down. I screeched, "Naomi, NO!!!" and lurched forward as she dropped the cord, zoomed around me, and launched herself onto the curtains in a 'LOL--I got you good, human!' binky that brought the curtain rod down on me. As I was fighting with the curtains, she raced back behind the chest freezer in what can only be described as a victory lap before I managed to wrangle her back into her cage for breakfast. I got to wave to the neighbors in my pj's as I put the curtains back up. I swear it's like freaking wild kingdom in here some days!
Just a little bun having fun to start your weekend off right!

On her first lap, Naomi used her ears for balance to avoid touching the bookshelf. On her second lap, she became parkour bun and RAN ON THE BOOKSHELF pushing the books in as she went.
Amos decided that Spike wasn't getting enough love and started grooming him. He is such a little sweetheart!
Naomi knows how to nudge open doors and is now trying to apply this knowledge to the bathroom cabinet. Looks like I'm going to have to bunny-proof the cabinet doors with a hair tie across the knobs so she can't get in.
I love how Naomi looks completely scandalized that Amos is about to make Baab fly again.

This is it?!
I made a little towel land-bridge so Amos could see what all the fuss was about in Naomi's favorite room/Fortress of Solitude. Yeah, we don't know either, little fella!
