This is as close as Simon will get to standing on top of the bunny condo.  Does he think the view would be really neat from up there like River says it is?  Yep.  Is he willing to climb on top of there to see it?  Nope.

Pardon my mess!

Simon is doing a bit of bunny condo remodeling.  We're not quite sure what style he's going for, but he's enthusiastic about whatever it is.  He looks a bit derpy in this pic and it made me chuckle.  I don't think he expected the piece of cardboard to come free like it did and he almost went ass over teakettle with the force he was pulling it with.  I snapped the pic as he corrected himself and was looking around like, "Did anyone just see that?  Why does she always catch me doing something embarrassing on camera?!"

What do you mean it's not rent controlled?!

Simon is learning the harsh reality of housing costs for his bunny condo.  Just another part of growing up.  Apparently the home owner's association didn't like the remodeling work he and River have done (well, really it was just the construction mess).  It's a good thing that they both pay in cuteness--of which, they have an unlimited supply.  The look on his face in this pic alone is enough to cover the cost of living increase!
