River is considering a rule change for the 'get low, get kisses' game. She attempted to claim a 3-way tie, but it's hard to deny that Mr. Giraffe has clearly won this round, though Scoots McGee is a close second.

Yeah, you could see the gears turning like she was trying to figure out how to do just that. I was half expecting her to fling Mr. Giraffe like someone flipping a chess board when they're losing! XD
