How Simon became River's accountabilibunny (and how he learned the hard way that you should always lawyer up). Sadly, the case of River's missing pellets remains unsolved.

I'm hoping that Simon eventually got Mr. Giraffe to be his lawyer even though I'm sure that Mr. Giraffe has advocated for both River and Simon! A mystery indeed River was off on an adventure, Simon following behind his little sister as her body guard and an unattended bowl of pellets, no suspects, no witnesses, the perfect crime!
Simon you should go into witness protection program because if River ever caughts a whiff of who did it, things will turn nasty. Not implying it was you, of course, even if there are many reliable sources claiming that they saw you on the crime scene at the time of the crime, but just in case.
Hi Tarosagi! The pellet theft occurred a couple years before Mr. Giraffe came to live with us and give legal representation to the bunnies. I'm sure Simon wishes they could've met sooner! XD
Hi Mónica! I think River strongly suspected Simon if the butt nips and time-outs she got for them were any indication. Silly me for not figuring out why she was cranky sooner--poor little munchkin was hangry! Well, at least she got lots of cranberries and raisins to help get her weight back up (treats Simon did not get to "share"/steal).
