Desiring more treats and presents, River has decided to commandeer other people's birthdays.
Meanwhile, Simon has found a pellet and is pretty jazzed about this sudden windfall. The loss of his second (stolen) breakfast was a bit of an adjustment for the little fella.
River figured out that the best gift she could possibly give is herself! Bunnies would get inside nearly everything lol. I kinda feel bad for Simon, I know it's not good for him to have a second breakfast, but how could anyone resist those eyes?
River always wants to be the center of attention, I can't blame her she's so cute and sweet it's hard to resist her, and I'm sure she was the best gift at the birthday party a gift that keeps on giving! I hope that Simon was able to get some pellets or maybe sneak away some cake!
Hi Mónica! Lol--If she could put a bow on her head, she would've done it! XD I know, it was so hard to wean him off of 'the good stuff' or extra of it, but getting him to eat his hay and greens definitely helped him live his best life for as long as he could. I'm convinced that keeping them a healthy weight has really contributed to their longevity (keeping GI issues at bay being the primary concern).
Hi Tarosagi! Oh, definitely! The little munchkin can really light up a room with her antics. We slowly got Simon used to eating the normal amount of pellets for his size, but that transition was a begging-filled cranky one. That little fella would eat until he popped, so we always had to be vigilant with him. It was almost like he was offended by hay being considered a food group for a while there, but we eventually managed to get him to his proper weight so he could enjoy treats like his sister. :)
