River has come to the realization that if she pees on me while I force-feed or give medicine, I can just hop in the shower and wash all the clothes and towels. She has decided that a more permanent pee receptacle must be located.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you all have a great weekend! Stay safe out there and we'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.

Hell hath no fury like a wom-bun scorned.
That much pee, huh?
I just love that River is looking at you with some much venom in her eyes, like she wants you to look at her straight in the eye while she pees on your shoes so you know it was her who peed and that (according to bunny law) you brought this upon yourself.
If only there was a way to make the medicine tastier, but unfortunately I'm not sure what the solution is, if you move the shoes then she'll be sad because they're the big human's.Maybe put snacks near the shoes so that she don't pee in them? Make it a nice cozy spot maybe?
Hi Reuben, Mónica, and Tarosagi!
Seriously--we're lookin' at 2.4 pounds of fury right there! ;)
I'm always amazed how much pee such a tiny bunny can hold. I can only imagine that one of her super-powers is to channel the pee of the multiverse versions of River and direct it all onto my lap.
I think her main objection is to being picked up and held for kind of a long amount of time depending on what I have to do. It takes a solid 15 minutes to get 5-7 ml of food into her and then another 5 min to get her face and paws cleaned up afterwards. The ear drops are a bit quicker at 5 min to hold the ear up and closed once the drops are put in. For now, I've had some luck improving her sulkiness by nudging her away from the shoes and immediately offering some oats as a treat. Hopefully for the continued dryness of the shoes, this continues. :)
