River briefly contemplates whether or not she should hop into Simon's cage and claim it as her own.
Spoiler alert: She did...to the surprise of no one.

Dear Simon and River Bun,
It is nearing that time of the year again when I will be visiting you! I have checked my list and I see you two have been very good bunnies once again! Excellent! Did you know that in order to be environmentally conscious, Helpful Elf changed the Naughty or Nice list from paper scrolls (which had panache, I must admit) to a digital one on a touchscreen tablet? It's cold up here in the North Pole, and they expect me to take off my gloves to swipe?! He can make it up to me by being Mrs. Claus' travel companion on her 3-4 month tropical holiday right after Christmas. I am going to attend a Seal Convention on Penguin Island hosted by King Peter the Polar Bear - that promises to be full of excitement! King Peter did promise me there will be no consumption of guests, so it will be safe.
Anyway, is there anything you two especially want? More noogies? Massages? Nanas? Let me know so I can make sure to pack it for you!
Not only is River attempting to seize territory but it looks like she has taken control of the little dump truck too! Looks like there will need to be more peace talks in the near future, someone get ahold of Mr. Giraffe and Mr. Hoppy-pants we need everyone on board!
Technology can be fun and fickle at the same time! Little human is always shooing us away from trying to sit on her laptop. Sheesh--you freeze the screen up 3 times and then it's all, "No, you can't sit there anymore!"
That convention sounds wild...literally! You may want to bring some extra polar bear food just in case King Peter runs out of snacks or is feeling especially peckish that day.
Oooh, all of your ideas sound amazing, but I think you can never have enough nanas! Little human is going all out this year with the cookie and candy making, but she'll make sure to leave you a yummy sandwich like last year. :)
Hope you have a great trip and don't forget to pack some extra masks, just to be safe!
Seriously, we're going to have to hold an intervention if she keeps trying to conquer Simon's territory! I'm sure Mr. Giraffe and Mr. Hoppy-pants will be on board and I can probably sway at least one of the un-bunnies to our side. We have our work cut out for us, but if anyone can pull off a Christmas miracle, this rag-tag bunch can! :)

River, this cage obsession needs to stop, you need to go to rehab!

Hi Tarosagi and Mónica!
