You make a good point, cage claiming grievances must first be settled before the plotting of shenanigans!
Lol--I just noticed how low Simon is compared to everyone else in the pic. The little dude is probably expecting kisses from River and Mr. Giraffe. The rules must be followed! ;)

I think Simon is just asking for kisses but he will go through any shenanigans as long as he gets them.
