Teamwork.

Can get you both in trouble.
I don't know who thought to recruit the help of the other, but Simon and River both know that the oat container is there to block access to the lamp's wire (along with all the cardboard tubes surrounding it).  Naughty little buns!

Also, to our follower, Theda Bara, in hopes that you'll see this post:
I'm so sorry for the late reply--for some reason, my response didn't show up in the "More tummy troubles..." comments section and I didn't think to check it until today.  I hope this doesn't come too late for you to use it.  By all means, please use whatever pictures you think will help with your vet tech project.  Anything that can help further GI stasis in rabbits awareness is great!  Good luck in your studies and if there's anything you'd like me to try to get a picture of that may help, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Everybunny wants to rule the world.

River is spinning the globe to decide which country to take over first in her bid for bunny world domination.

The most interesting spot in the world.

At least for the next 5 seconds or until they reach the limit of their attention span...whichever comes first.  If there's one thing I've learned about bunnies, it's that they live in the moment!

Monday snuggles!

I was looking through some baby/young bunny photos of Simon and River and found this one.  You can really tell that River hasn't grown into her ears yet.  Hope this bit of bunny love helps brighten your Monday!

Lop flop Friday!

If there's one thing the bunnies know, it's how to get comfortable.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a nice relaxing weekend!  We'll be back on Monday with more bunny cuteness.

But I'm comfy!

I love the look Simon gave me when I told him to stop sitting on his little sister.  So much bunny sulk as he shuffled off of her!  River just looks like she can't believe that just happened.

Where'd he go?!

River was very concerned when she noticed the big human's slippers with no big human in them (he had stepped outside while she wasn't looking).
She spent the next few minutes frantically searching for him.  She was a happy little camper when her favorite human reappeared if the nuzzling and chinning of his jeans and feet were anything to go by.

Hoppy Friday!

Looks like Simon is derping for the weekend.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back with more of Simon and River's antics on Monday.

Pellets!

This is how the bunnies let me know it's time for breakfast.

Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.

You decide...

Is this just a bunny flop or is Simon sending mixed messages to the mirror bunny by simultaneously mooning and waving 'hi' at the same time?

A bunny's eye view.

So this is what life looks like at only 5 inches (13 cm for you metric folks) tall.  River looks like she's thinking that even though I've changed my perspective, I would still not make a passable bunny.  Simon agrees, but is too polite to say so.

Bunny problem solving.

Step #1:  Identify the source of the problem.
Here, Simon's ear is in River's face causing an interruption in bunny snuggles.
Step #2:  Apply a creative solution to the problem.
Here, River takes the bold approach of shoving her entire face into Simon's ear thereby implementing an alternative snuggle solution.

Cuteness intensifies.

They've formed a bunny helix--the storage form of bunny cuteness.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back on Sunday for a special holiday post.

Everybunny has to follow rules.

Taking turns going through the Coke box is important.  It keeps you from getting stuck inside the box at the same time.  Rules work great until...
The little human gives you a tiny Coke box that only River will fit into.  Little humans suck because they don't follow the rules!

I did make it up to Simon by giving him extra noogies and telling him it was an experiment to see if either of them could actually fit through the tiny Coke box.
