Amos is sleepin' hard! 😴

When I saw Amos like this, I had to grab my phone to take a quick pic.  As soon as Naomi noticed that he was sound asleep, she immediately set to trying to wake him up.  That little girl is physically incapable of letting a sleeping Amos lie.  No wonder the little fella is exhausted!

I'm a big boy!

Amos was super proud of being able to touch the bottom of the coffee table.  I didn't have the heart to tell him that Naomi can rest her chin on top of that same table. 😅

Baby drama flop!

Naomi:  I'm tired.

Amos:  I'm exhausted!!!

The science of relaxation.

Simon is experimenting to find the optimal amounts of flop and derp to achieve perfect relaxation!  River is frantically taking notes and working on the calculations.  That Nobel Prize isn't going to win itself!

Got tummy rubs?

I had to laugh when I noticed the cloth Simon was laying on.  I literally gave the little dude the shirt off of my back to use as a security blanket because he was going through separation anxiety around the time we moved to the new apartment.  The little guy would thump whenever I was out of his sight for more than 10 minutes.  He kept that shirt for years until it got too well-loved to keep! 💕

He did the math!

Simon does this on purpose.  He knows the cuteness is irresistible and that 9 times out of 10 it will result in getting tummy rubs and treats.  You could say he's a calculating little fella! 😉

Thursday's bun just wants to flop.

I think Simon agrees that the idea to flop is genius, but River has already claimed the prime flopping spot.  Now he has to decide if he wants to accept the second best spot or attempt to push River across the towel.

It is a fuzzy (in more ways than one) bunny belly!  Clearly, the myriad versions of the show CSI lied about shouting 'Enhance!' suddenly making any image both larger and crystal clear.

Whenever he wants a tummy rub, Simon will make sure he has my attention, dramatically flop, and then crane his head to stare at me.  He might be a little bit spoiled! 😉

Simon tries to sneak in as much goofiness as he can before 2018 ends, while River races to get as many kisses as possible before the ball drops so she can beat last year's score.

Simon likes to call this performance art piece, Gettin' comfy!  Note the ear sticking straight up and front paws crossed for maximum cuteness.  His masterful execution of the bunny flop really is awe inspiring!

Lazy bunday.

The realization that it's a Monday holiday.  The bunnies don't understand what Memorial Day is for, but they do appreciate it none the less.

I'll just do it myself.

I guess Simon missed a spot.  He doesn't look too thrilled about River's critique of his cleaning abilities.
