Just bunny things...

Simon doesn't need to know why sitting in a cardboard box is so awesome, he just knows that it is.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you all have a great weekend!  We'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.

Aww--thanks, Lebley! I'll pass on your weekend wishes to everyone and give Simon an extra noogie for you! :)

Sigh.

To put it in layman's terms, sitting in the box has all of the advantages of sitting in the box with none of the disadvantages of not sitting in a box. Apologies for the informal nature of this proof. I have discovered a truly remarkable proof of this theorem which this comment box is too small to contain.

Kindest regards,
P. Fermet Bun, esq.

Fair enough, but you might want to write your proof down somewhere or else history is going to repeat itself and take 358 years for A. Wilkes Bun to finally figure out your proof on his own. Granted, I'm sure it'll spawn many advances in bunny box-sitting theory, but in the interest of time take this pitiful lay-human's advice and write it down for all bunkind! :)

Dear Simon J. Bun,

Sitting in box is better with the blanket over you, treats, non-stop noogies from mom, and another box at which you can stare. Perhaps next time you will be graced with an even bigger box for you and River to sit in and stare at other boxes creating an infinite loop cycle culminating in multi-dimensional travel in a world where bunnies talk and have invented automatic treat and massage dispensers.

Signed,

A slightly jealous hoomin with no box to sit in.

Dear Slightly Jealous Hoomin,

You have made great advances in box sitting theory--especially for not having a box to sit in yourself. We will implement your box sitting suggestions post-haste! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Sincerely,
Simon J. Bun, Esq.
