Guardians of spring.

The bunnies make sure nothing happens to the baby veggies and herbs the little human is trying to grow.

The Heroic duo! Although they are bunnies, protecting veggies, they will have to resist a lot of temptation...

There more likely to eat those veggies bunnies are demons of the flower world after all.

I thought today's photo would be of River wondering why the water that used to be Monday's ice dried up. :)

Hi Mónica, Anon, and Brian!

Yeah, Simon looks like the weight of the world is on his shoulders about all of this while River is wondering why the un-bunnies get to be on the end table.

It's a good thing the spearmint and basil I'm trying to grow can be happily shared with them as payment for services rendered (assuming they're up to trying the basil...if not, we're going to have a ridiculous amount of basil for pesto)! The Roma tomatoes, chives, hot peppers and rosemary are just for us humans.

I don't think the bunnies minded that I used their friend, formerly known as ice cube, to water the plants. They can get an added science/botany lesson about transpiration! ;)
