River is still a bit cranky about not being allowed to ride shotgun even though she called it first. Mr. Giraffe tried to explain that her cage wouldn't fit in the front seat, but she wasn't buying that excuse. Hopefully some noogies and a banana chip at our next rest stop will sate our little passenger's rabbitude.

River is absolutely salty about not being able to ride shotgun during the road-trip! And she’s giving Mr. Giraffe major rabbitude and side eye, hopefully the treat appeasement will keep her from being cross with you the rest of the trip!

She really was! She ignored the cranberry so I ended up giving her some carrot baby food when we got home to reward her for being a good little munchkin. :)
Oh no River, that's no way to start the year! There will be more chances to ride shotgun this year!

She may not have gotten to ride shotgun, but she did get to be carried back into the house in the style of a Roman emperor, so that was a win in her book! ;)
