River was the unwilling participant in a spa day. I flushed her ears to clean them, cleaned the cooties off of her front paws since she was expressing herself with her food again, and managed to get the carrot baby food off of her face before the stain set in! Feeling pretty accomplished right now. 😊

She is real mad, she worked so hard to get those stains and now she's wet and smells like a human! I really hope she doesn't try to pee in your shoes as revenge.
I know how much she doesn't enjoy spa days, but at least she has all her friends close by to help cheer her up, and compliment her on how wonderfully clean she looks even though she'd rather be covered in her art as a form of expression and protest!

Oh, seriously! Thankfully I have Mr. Giraffe there to distract her from peeing in my shoes through the creative deployment of snuggles and kisses. ;)

All of her little buddies gave snuggles and kisses, so it wasn't too bad. She seems a lot happier now that her fur is dry and fluffy again! I'm just lucky that she enjoys being brushed and will help brush her own chin/jaw if I hold the brush out for her. :)
