Hoppy Friday!

I can't in good faith wish you a happy 4th of July.  Our country's leaders have done nothing worth celebrating.  Good people DO NOT treat other human beings that way.

Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you all have a great weekend!  Be safe out there and we'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.

I completely understand and feel the same way about July 4th this year I celebrated by helping out my community center with some fundraisers so that I can at least make a small impact locally.

I hope that Naomi and Amos were able to find some yummy treats and it's too bad the holiday didn't fall on Monday since we all feel the same way about Mondays around here!

Hi Tarosagi!
Thank you so much for helping your local community! I'm sure your efforts will be felt and appreciated by those in need. Building community, helping one another, and letting others know that they're not in this alone is more important now than ever. That's where the real change happens.

No worries--The little munchkins were spoiled rotten this weekend with yummy banana and dried cranberries! :)

I agree. I didn't celebrate but I did enjoy visiting family and now that I am back and rested, looking for more ways to build community. And thank you for feeding our souls with more Naomi and Amos antics!

I'm not American but I totally get why this July 4th is tainted... i can only hope you all at least got to have a fun time with family and loved ones, and that the fireworks weren't too loud for the pets.

Hi Anna!
Aww, I'm glad Amos and Naomi can help brighten your day a bit with all that's been going on.

That's great that you got a chance to visit with your family and had a relaxing time! I think finding ways to build community is really important for all of us and I need to look into ways I can do so myself. We all have to be the change we want to see in the world. :)

Hi Mónica!
Big human and I had a nice, relaxing weekend with the bunnies. We'll get a chance to visit with family later in the summer. Thankfully, Amos and Naomi were completely unfazed by the fireworks that were going off a couple miles away! :)
