Immersion therapy.

In an attempt to get River over her jealousy issues, I introduced both un-bunnies at the same time.  She immediately blocked Simon's view and boxed/knocked over the one un-bunny that she hadn't touched yet.  Amazingly, she left the other alone.

Hooray, progress!  After receiving a proper greeting of nose-bonks from both un-bunnies, they're all one big happy family.  River was cool with her bullied counterpart on her head, while Simon is just rolling with all of this with his 'this is my life now' look.

The ultimate fanbunnies.

Simon and River are huge fans of Neil deGrasse Tyson because he makes astrophysics come alive and more importantly, because he's nice to bunnies.
They're a bit jealous that we get to attend one of his speaking engagements but they can't come along because bunnies aren't allowed at the venue.

River is adamant that we let Dr. Tyson know of her disagreement with him on Pluto's planetary status.

Homewrecker!

It looks like River is a bit jealous of mirror bun getting all of Simon's attention.

Somebun's jealous.

I think Simon's kicking himself for not thinking of hopping onto my lap sooner.  He'll have to wait for River to be done chinning my sweater before he can have a turn.

Three's a crowd.

Simon:  Oh, hey--it's the Unbunny! [nose bonks and licks the Unbunny]
River:  Who are you and where did you come from?!

Simon:  It's so good to see you! [lick]
River:  You can lick my head too, ya know! [forces her head between Simon and Unbunny]

Simon: [flops] This is awesome--we have a new friend!
River:  Hmph.  You were totally ignoring me just then.

Simon:  I wasn't ignoring you. [lick]
River:  Well...okay.

River:  You don't like the Unbunny more than me, do you?
Simon:  No, I like you both equally.

River:  But I'm your sister! [gets up and hops away]

Simon:  What did I do?  [sigh] Girls make no sense.
Unbunny:  ...
River was actually jealous of a stuffed bunny.  Poor Simon was in the doghouse for the rest of the evening having no clue what he did wrong.
