Oh no Simon is going to try to seize power again! I think between you and River, you should work together with Simon to establish a system of checks and balances when there is only one big human around!
I'm half expecting her to attempt to stow away in big human's luggage this time around! ;)
That's a solid plan! That little taste of power definitely went to Simon's head last time and I don't think River will pass up the opportunity for a coup attempt to re-claim the living room in the name of her favorite human.
