Simon interrupted his playtime to hop back in his cage and stare at the treat box. When treats weren't immediately forthcoming, he made a show of snagging a long piece of hay and stared me down while slowly chewing on it. The little fella has opinions!

I hope that snacks were dispensed, what a smart boy he is! I wonder if both River and Simon have ever tried opening the snack box and help themselves to the wonderful treats?

They really are! The little munchkins definitely let you know their thoughts on things and don't hold back at all.
Never fear--snacks were had! The treat box became a thing because they both kept trying to chew through the bags of treats. So far, they haven't gotten bold enough to yank the treat bags out of their box...it's only a matter of time. ;)
