Wow they're even having a nice scratch in that last picture! River really is little echo of Simon she looks so tiny in that last photo, like if someone used photoshop to make a cutout of Simon, change the color of the fur and then reduce the size of the cutout image and place the bun in the background!
I think she does too. Her mimicking Simon was why it took us about 3 months to figure out she was deaf. If they hadn't been testing fire alarms, I wonder how long it would've taken us to cotton on to it.

It really does, doesn't it? I think it must have to do with how far away she is and her white fur standing out against the shadows in the corner that make it look Photoshopped.
