He's been watching River get all kinds of exotic foods and treats to entice her to fill her little belly, and whereas Simon would gladly fill his bunny belly with all that food! I can see why he's grumpy at all the attention that River's been getting, so hopefully there will be some treats coming his way?!
The little fella is definitely jealous of the "never-ending" bunny buffet of yummy stuff in River's cage. He does tend to conveniently forget that he gets a bit of whatever I give River (so long as it doesn't have oats in it) but he snarfs his treat up while she lets hers hang out in her food dish for most of the day. ;)

I ended up sprinkling a bit of alfalfa leaves over the top of his boring orchard grass hay, so he has a bit of a treasure hunt to do! :)

Aww Simon, don't be mad! Not everything has to be treats! Why don't you try the hay? Maybe you'll discover that hay is tastier than it looks!
