Oh, yeah...

Lookin' presidential!
Sometimes I catch Simon practicing for his upcoming presidential campaign.  He tries to embody a sense of quiet strength and honesty with just a touch of fluffiness.  Simon makes orange look good!

Practice makes perfect.

Simon is considering another run for office so he's practicing looking presidential.  River thinks that being his campaign manager is so much work that she's tired already.

Daily affirmation with Simon J. Bun.

I'm fast enough, I'm cute enough, and, doggone it, people like me!
Good self-esteem is important...even for bunnies.

I'll save you!

River attempts to free the mirror bunny.  It's a good thing that she's easily distracted because that could've ended poorly.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We'll be back on Monday.

An awkward moment...

I think I caught River practicing some secret bunny handshake with the mirror bunny.  That is a guilty face if ever I saw one!  Not to be outdone...
Simon looks genuinely shocked that the kiss meant for mirror bunny's cheek ended up on the lips instead.  Sneaky mirror bun!
Well, I suppose this could be taken as a PSA to be mindful of people with cameras because you never know what embarrassing moment could be captured for posterity.
On that note, we hope you have a great weekend and we'll be back on Monday!

A private conversation.

I get the feeling that Simon thinks the mirror bunny is the only one who truly understands him sometimes.

You're a handsome devil. What's your name?

Simon?!  Me too!
I often wonder if he realizes that he's looking at himself in the mirror.  Whatever the case, he's utterly fascinated by the other bunny he sees.

I'm watching you.

Objects in mirror are closer than they appear.  Simon discovers the utility of the mirror for keeping tabs on River even while his back is turned.  Meanwhile, River is thinking, "It always feels like somebody's watching me and I have no privacy."
