What did he do to incur her wrath??? Must have been something terrible for River to be about to combust. I think those bars won't be safe enough for him...
Oh no! Looks like Simon must've done something terrible in order to get two punishments, time out and major bunny butt shunning!
My guess is that River was finally able to build a case against Simon regarding all the times he would almost run River over to protect the hidden secret of the treat-ball and gaslighting her into believing the ball was not a treat-ball!

I want to say this pic was taken around the time we discovered that Simon was helping himself to a second breakfast of River's pellets. River would be scolded/get time-out for trying to nip Simon's butt/be mean to him before we realized what he was doing and that her actions were somewhat justified. Simon wouldn't hesitate to gaslight River if getting more pellets would be the result! Not even Mr. Giraffe's legal skills would get him off the hook for that blatant pellet theft.
