Not to worry River, I will gladly give you my spot! Not sure if it would help to give her a treat in order to rent out the spot for a little while, but if she chins everything then she'd have a lot of treats.
And if Simon found out he would chin everything and then charge everyone treat rent for sitting in his spots, he'd become a real-estate tycoon!

Hi Tarosagi! Oh, bunnies would rule if they ever played Monopoly--so much chinning of the things and rent to be collected! We would be broke and they'd be spherical from all of the treats. XD
