River:  Nooo!  I get to say hello to Mr. Hoppy-pants first.  Oh, look--he has a little tail!
Simon:  [Jealousy intensifies.  Tries to sneak under River's chin to say hello too.]
River:  You're gonna knock him over!
Simon:  HI! [Nose-bonks the back of Mr. Hoppy-pants' head making him face-plant.] ...Uh, sorry about that.

Startle bun.

Giraffe's Log, Day 869:  Though I have not yet revealed the full scope of my abilities, the striped bunny known as Simon is beginning to suspect something.  If the fluffy one only knew how integral he and his sister are to the time-line!

How Simon and River gently coax demand us to binge watch the new Star Trek series.

A bold strategy.

River decided that the best way to get more kisses was to position herself right in Simon's path.  Not sure if she's bracing herself for more kisses or if she's really embracing the role of 'speed bump'.

Simon took a page out of River's playbook and pulled a runner while I was giving him hay before bedtime.  The siren call of the bunny-free zone that is the 2nd floor beckons!  Sometimes even the most hard-working accountabilibunny gives in to temptation.

Worst playtime ever.

The bunnies were not amused by the tornado warning and all of us taking shelter in the half bath for almost an hour.
