Where's River?

This is the look of a mighty hunter stalking her prey.  One well-timed jump and she will scare the bejeezus out of Simon, thus securing her alpha status over the living room.  River may be deaf, but she is sneaky!

Silly rabbit, ice cream is for people!

River would not leave Ben alone once she realized that he had ice cream.  Never mind the fact that she's never had ice cream in her life--alpha bun demands ice cream now.  It was cute how she kept watching the spoon go from the bowl to his mouth.  She then became impatient and tried to put her head into the bowl so the only scoop she got was the type that ends up with her on the floor.

Simon is still the beta bun.

River just realized how much fun pushing Simon's toy dump truck around the house is.  Mostly because she's exerting her alpha bun superiority by playing with his favorite toy.  I'm kinda surprised that she's doing it by keeping one paw on the back of it while hopping forward with her others.

Simon isn't too keen on sharing his toys with River after their latest scuffle for alpha bun supremacy.  River kept her title and Simon came away missing a small tuft of fur on his rump because he decided to be stubborn and keep chasing her.

Simon smash!  I think he's attempting to show River that she wouldn't like him when he's angry.  Too bad she is completely ignoring him today.  Attention is Simon's Achilles' heel and River exploits it for all it's worth after their dominance scuffles.

It's a good thing he's repairing his damaged pride by taking his frustrations of still being beta bun out on a toy instead of picking another fight with his sister.  Well, at least they aren't fighting now.  The saga continues...

Couches are awesome!

River is being a daredevil again by running from the couch to the loveseat while vaulting over the remote.

She sticks the landing!  Now all she has to do is stop before she falls off the end of the loveseat.

Setting up for another pass...practice makes perfect.

And crashes into Simon, not realizing he decided to jump up onto the couch too.  Poor Simon is stunned because he just hopped up when River crashed into him.  Even their ears got tangled up!

I moved the remote because Simon almost fell off of the couch trying to walk over it to safely get to the loveseat (he wasn't about to jump it like River does).  Now they're both jumping the remote in relative safety.

River just can't seem to stop running into (or over) Simon.  He just hunkers down and waits for the natural disaster that is River to pass.  Alpha bun does what alpha bun wants to do...in this case, run over beta bun.  Poor Simon!

Judging from the looks I'm getting here, I'd say that the humans have been evicted from the couch.
