Got snow?

River's little tootsies got too cold, but she didn't want to leave the snow completely.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have as much fun this weekend as these two are having playing in the snow!  We'll be back with more bunny cuteness on Monday.

You really shouldn't have.

Simon looks like a kid who got socks for Christmas.
My bunny toy finding skills are somewhat lacking.  Oh well, at least he and River love the little cat bunny cave I gave them!

Lick!

This just made me laugh--Simon looking all serious while River has this goofy smile and her tongue sticking out.

The great blizzard clean-up.

This was the extent of the bunnies helping us dig out from under 30 inches (76.2 cm) of snow.  They claimed lack of thumbs and the fact that shoveling sounded too much like work.  River helpfully points out what we need to use to make the snow go away while Simon shows us where we need to go.

Bunny blizzard 2016!

River realizes just how awesome domestication is and Simon agrees!  (Head's up--this video has sound!)  We ended up with about 30 inches of snow--big human had already shoveled about half the snow to uncover our heat pump to keep the house warm at this point.

Awaiting the snowpocalypse.

Simon uses River as a pillow for a nice winter nap.
Thanks for visiting the blog and we hope you have a great weekend!  We should be back on Monday with more bunny cuteness barring any power/cable outages with the blizzard headed our way.  If not, just keep checking back and I'll post again as soon as I can!

Location is key.

Simon learned this the hard way by getting a face full of bunny tail while attempting a dramatic lop flop.  It's hard to be taken seriously when the little human is laughing so hard she almost drops the camera.
Adding further insult to the injury of his bruised ego, his bunny sulk was delayed a few minutes as he tried to get River's fur out of his mouth.
