The bunnies are both angry and severely disappointed at Trump and the humans he incited to insurrection at the Capitol building today as Congress was in the process of certifying the electoral college vote.

If you take away anything from the events of today, it should be that Democracy is fragile and it must be defended from those who would refuse a peaceful transition of power to a legitimately elected successor.

No one can steal your food dish if you keep one paw in it!

All we can figure is that before we brought them home, there was another bunny or a human that took Simon's food dish away and this severely traumatized the little fella.  To this day, I always show him the empty food dish before taking it away from him.

Treats?

I'm pretty sure that Simon would survive on nothing but dried papaya, banana chips, and berries if we let him.  The little dude would be spherical.  It's hard to say 'no' to that little face, but we do what we must!
