Simon and River were having a hopping good time.

Our good little boy!

River had another bout of GI stasis due to heavy shedding.  Simon wouldn't leave her side, which is saying something because he hates walking on tile floors.

This is a true first for him to just flop on the tile.  He takes his job as River's big brother and protector very seriously.

Our loyal sentry is even keeping an eye on those sneaky mirror buns.  Meanwhile, River is munching on a piece of paper bag instead of the copious amounts of hay strategically placed around the living room.

After finally getting her to eat some real food, River realizes that timothy hay keeps her GI system flying right!

They're pacing themselves.

Bunnies are masters of doing things when they're good and ready to do them and not one moment sooner.

A little spooky.

River looks like she's carrying her head in her paws like it's a prop for a Halloween costume.

I couldn't help getting the 'Jaws' theme song stuck in my head after watching Simon slowly circle around the box River was sitting in.

Simon was inspired to give River that 'just out of the shower' look.  He spent the better part of 10 minutes carefully applying bunny hork to her fur to get the style just right.  That kind of attention to detail makes her a repeat customer!

Bun shui.

River proudly shows off her master home decorating skills by placing her food dish (with pellets) inside the oat container.  She thinks it really ties the cage together.

Being deaf, River has no concept of volume control.  Simon has grudgingly accepted his sleep deprived fate.

Simon and River try to convince each other to join them.  The little human's lap offers all the noogies you could want, while the couch is really fun to binky on.  Tough call!
