Towel teepees don't make themselves, ya know!

We gave Simon a new towel because he loved his old one too much and it was beyond salvage.  The little fella wasted no time making a bunny fort out of it using bunny hork and sheer determination.

A job well done!

Having completed his task of thoroughly licking the mirror, Simon is off to find more shiny surfaces on which to deposit his bunny hork.

Why do you keep doing this?!

[cleaning intensifies]  If you hop into the little human's lap, she's going to pet you and you'll end up smelling like human.  Bunny hork is a precious resource; don't waste it!

Naturally, River immediately hopped back into my lap after her third bunny bath of the evening.  Simon was not amused.

Asking the important questions.

River:  Well, we did a good job horking up the mirror.  Do you want to call it a day?
Simon:  I don't know.  I still have some playtime left in me.
River:  The little human has collected our purple towels, so you only have a few options:

     1)  Use the wood floor as a slip-n-slide.

     2)  Make the little human chase you around like yesterday.

     3)  Cranberry.

Simon:  Ugh, don't remind me!  Guess I'll go with the third option.

Eh...

River looks like she's trying not to be rude but really wants to ask Simon exactly how much bunny hork he thinks is necessary to style her fur.

Kiss bliss.

The look on River's face! 😂  I don't even want to contemplate the amount of bunny hork Simon managed to slather on or the cotton mouth he must now be experiencing.

Just do it.

Simon stays strong and mlems on even after yesterday's events.  The little dude is following his dream of giving River the perfect hare style and won't stop until he's succeeded or has run out of bunny hork.  For all involved, I hope option #1 wins.

River re-discovers dark mirror bun and gives some much needed bunny love.

Some days Simon is content to hork up a section of blankie and watch the world go by.

I just cleaned that!

Simon and River give bunny hork as tribute to the dark mirror buns.  It would seem that dark mirror buns can't abide clean glass.

River makes a new friend.

She doesn't know why this mirror bun looks a bit different, but that's okay!  Many a bunny kiss was given to her new friend.  We'll just have to add 'entertainment center' to the list of reflective surfaces we need to de-bunny-hork.

After chinning all the flaps and a generous coating of bunny hork, I think we can safely say that the comfy box belongs to Simon now.

Bad hare day.

Simon discovers that bunny hork is no match for shedding and high humidity and has resorted to holding River's wayward floof down with his chin.

Fabulous!

Simon is making River look pretty.  Apparently, it's all in the bunny hork and try as she might, River can't lick the top of her head.

River attempted to shove her face in Simon's mouth in a bid for more grooming.  I think the poor little guy's well of bunny hork/styling gel ran dry!

Simon takes his job as a bunny glass cleaner very seriously.  Though his work ethic is commendable, bunny hork doesn't exactly make for a streak-free shine.

Simon is focused on getting just the right amount of bunny hork in River's fur.

Simon was inspired to give River that 'just out of the shower' look.  He spent the better part of 10 minutes carefully applying bunny hork to her fur to get the style just right.  That kind of attention to detail makes her a repeat customer!

I caught Simon in all of his derpy glory being chased off by River for licking her food dish.
I think it's safe to say that he's fully recovered from his bout of GI stasis.

I just cleaned that!

Simon remembers the glorious morning where he ate oat covered banana off of this very table.  Perhaps, if he licks the glass just a bit harder, he'll still be able to taste it!

River decided to have a go as well.  I'm sure she's detecting the subtle aroma of glass cleaner and Simon hork from where she's standing, but it's best to lick the glass too--you know, just to be sure.
